Momentum Rehab and Performance Last updated: [DATE]

Who we are

Momentum Rehab and Performance is a mobile sports rehabilitation and performance service, operated by Joe Culligan, a BASRaT-registered Sports Rehabilitator, covering the Bristol & Bath area.

By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to these terms.

Our services

We provide mobile sports rehabilitation, injury management, and performance training services, delivered at a location agreed between us (your home, gym, club, or another suitable venue).

We are not a physiotherapy service, and nothing on this website or in our sessions should be taken as physiotherapy treatment. Joe Culligan is a BASRaT-registered Sports Rehabilitator, not a physiotherapist.

Nothing we provide is a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have a condition that requires medical attention, we will always recommend you see a GP, physiotherapist, or other appropriate medical professional, and we may decline to treat you until you have done so.

Booking and cancellations

  • Appointments can be booked via our online booking system or by contacting us directly.

  • We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. [INSERT CANCELLATION WINDOW, e.g. "24 hours"] notice is required to avoid a cancellation charge of [INSERT AMOUNT OR %].

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment if necessary, and will give you as much notice as we can.

  • Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in us being unable to offer you further appointments.

Fees and payment

  • Prices for our services are confirmed at the time of booking and are not published on this website.

  • Payment is due [INSERT: at time of booking / on the day of the session / within X days of invoice].

  • We accept [INSERT PAYMENT METHODS, e.g. card, bank transfer].

Health information and your responsibilities

Before your first session, you will be asked to disclose relevant medical history, injuries, and any conditions that may affect your treatment. It's your responsibility to give us accurate and complete information — we cannot be held responsible for issues arising from information you didn't disclose.

You agree to:

  • Tell us about any pain, discomfort, or change in your condition during a session

  • Follow any home exercise or aftercare advice we give you

  • Let us know if your circumstances change (new injury, surgery, medication, etc.)

Mobile sessions — access and safety

Because sessions take place at a location of your choosing, you agree to:

  • Provide a safe, suitable space for the session to take place

  • Ensure any equipment you provide is in safe working order

  • Take reasonable care for your own safety and the safety of others present

We reserve the right to decline or end a session if the environment is unsafe or unsuitable.

Liability

We carry professional indemnity and public liability insurance appropriate to our practice as a BASRaT-registered Sports Rehabilitator.

We will provide our services with reasonable care and skill, in line with BASRaT's professional standards. However:

  • We cannot guarantee a specific outcome or recovery timeline.

  • We are not liable for any pre-existing condition, or any condition not disclosed to us before treatment.

  • To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the cost of the session in question, except where liability cannot be limited or excluded by law (for example, death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

Under 18s

Clients under the age of 18 must have the consent of a parent or guardian, who should be present for the initial consultation.

Complaints

If you're unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us directly at [INSERT EMAIL] so we can try to resolve it. As a BASRaT-registered practitioner, Joe Culligan is also subject to BASRaT's professional code of conduct and complaints process.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on this website. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
